1.)Put on proper PPE, 2.)turn off circuits 1,3,and 33 3.)Establish LOTO on circuit 1,3,and33 4.)Perform ZVV to ensure circuits ate in fact turned off.5.) work can begin on affected receptacles and equipment. 6.) When work is completed locks will be removed 7.) Circuits will be turned on and verified everything is working properly.
