1. Ensure power supply is off 2. Open the disconnect for the Booster Bend. 3. Check to see if the 'B' phase is returns for Booster QD & QF. 4. If so LOTO out the Booster Bend. 5. Perform ZVV on Booster Bend 6. Check to see if 'B' phase is shorted across the XFMR 7. If phase 'B' does not return to Booster QD & QF contact facilities to request assistance in determining the loss of 'B' phase of Bank 303. |
