-LOTO Normal Power panel and ZVV FPU002. -Remove the Flex from the receptacle in the hallway that feeds FPU j box. -Due to air gap in jbox in ceiling able to work off simple LOTO in panel 39A1A circuit 4. -Release LOTO to 39A1A circuit 4. -Implement Simple LOTO and ZVV on Panel E157A1A circuit 12. -Re splice the Epower circuit to the FPU j box -Release LOTO
