There is limited time left in the day to implement several LOTOs. After discussing with lead and supervisor we were told we only need to begin work today and under no circumstances do we need to rush.

  3. Controls to mitigate the hazards (procedures, precautions, energy source controls, PPE requirements)
  4. Work area controls (barricades, signs, attendants)
  5. Emergency Response Plan
