Briefing with Lead fill out JSP Briefing with RI Carol. Select PPE Switch and LOTO 302A3A circuit 3. Hang LOTO locks establish LOTO with RI, and open panel 317A and ZVV with RI present to witness. Once zero voltage is verified close panel up.
