Sequence of Job Steps
List basic sequence of steps from start to finish.
Fill out JSP and select proper PPE. notify effected personnel of shutdown EM’s. Switch panel 317A from panel 302A3A Circuit 2. Hang LOTO locks and EM’s admin lock. Wand ZVV inside the power gutter coming from panel 317A. When ZVV is established and cables are disconnected. Pull them out of gutter and re route cables to new rack. When work is completed release LOTO notify Greg Mannino that the job is complete. |
