Notify the Control Room Turn off Cooling Tower at BMS Switch off Cooling Tower VFD Hang Group LOTO lock and tag at VFD Challenge LOTO by trying to restart Cooling Tower Hand Group LOTO lock and tag at Fan Shaft lock out device Challenge LOTO by trying to spin fan by hand Place both keys in LOTO lock box Hang RI lock and tag on lock box Give LOTO briefing to HVAC Controls electricians Have HVAC Controls electricians hang LOTO lock and tag Allow HVAC Controls to begin installing float sensors in Cooling Towers When work is complete, notify the Control Room Release Group LOTO Switch Cooling Tower VFD on Turn on Cooling Tower at BMS Work is complete
