Sequence of Job Steps

Notify Control Room of work on CDU D100 Set up barricade around CDU D100 Switch power off to CDU D100 (628A7A-40 & 692A4A-40) Hang Group LOTO lock and tag at 628A7A-40 and place key in LOTO lock box Hang Group LOTO lock and tag at 692A4A-40 and place key in LOTO lock box Hang RI lock and tag on lock box ZVV at VFD cabinet at CDU D100 Brief HPE/Cray workers and have them hang LOTO lock and tag on lock box Get QEW to cover CDU with 600 volt sheeting with cutout for the two VFD displays Release LOTO and perform partial power restoration Scroll through VFD to troubleshoot CDU D100 alarm When troubleshooting is complete, switch power off to CDU D100 (628A7A-40 and 692A4A-40) Hang Group LOTO lock and tag at 628A7A-40 and place key in LOTO lock box Hang Group LOTO lock and tag at 692A4A-40 and place key in LOTO lock box Hang RI lock and tag on lock box ZVV at VFD cabinet at CDU D100 Remove 600 volt sheeting and close CDU D100 enclosure door When work is complete - Notify Control Room that power will be restored to CDU D100 Release LOTO and switch power on to CDU D100 Remove Barricades Work is complete
