Fill out the JSP. Select and inspect PPE from JSP. Put up barricades and signage. Have Briefing with RI and all Participants including the EM to place Administrative Lock when Loto is being implemented. Switch Loto and ZVV. After work is done and Loto is released, re energize BA Rack S1013

  4. Work area controls (barricades, signs, attendants)
  5. Emergency Response Plan
