Fill out JSP Barricade area with warning signs and tape. Select PPE and inspect it. get EM to place there admin lock and inform ALS control room. When Loto of circuit 34 is established ZVV panel 311A43A. When ZVvV has been done perfoed begin work.

  4. Work area controls (barricades, signs, attendants)
  5. Emergency Response Plan
