Sequence of Job Steps

1) Open panel door at panel #72A9A11A. Switch off CB's 1,3,5 (switching guide #9) and perform LOTO (LOTO card) Mode 1. 2) Wear appropriate PPE and open 480VAC control panel door. 3) Visually inspect the electrical items in the control box and ZVV (pocket guide A.4) Mode 1, verify electrically safe condition (Mode 0) Check fuse(s) etc. in 480VAC control enclosure. 5) Replace fuse(s) close 480VAC control enclosure and remove LOTO (LOTO card) 6) Check if the 480VAC control panel is working.
